Hello!

I hope this helps!

6 drops tea tree oil (antiseptic/anti-inflammatory)

1/2 Finely diced or gelled cucumber (best when cold)

1/4 cup powdered colloidal Oatmeal ( draws out, anti-inflammatory)

Mix well into a thick paste with ice water, then wrap in cheesecloth to aid in cooling properties.  

As the mixture dries its helps to cool and draw out external and internal irritants.
