Fortunately for greenies out there the skin care and spa business has given us great products to work with without contaminating our clients with toxic laden chemicals. Did you know the average person is exposed to over 200 chemicals while getting ready for work. Everything from deodorants,shower gels, hair styling products, sunblock, makeup  and skin care .

You can have beautiful results from natural ingredients because they already possess all the potent enzymes, vitamins, antioxidants, minerals especially if they have not been heated. So dear reader raw is best.

Also there are some fabulous new preservatives out there made from Japanese honeysuckle, radish root, and aspen bark[ yes the tree ].

I am also interested in organic makeup.  I am currently looking into 2 lines. Vapour organics and Zuii organic makeup. They must also be makeup artist quality, non comedeginc and reasonably priced. Yes that is a tall order, but as I said before I am picky. Well we have to be, if we are not 100 % perfect in our business , we will not retain clients.

I am also a low tech esthetician so I have to have results oriented skin care that works on acne, rosacea, hyperpigmented, sundamaged,  and aging  skin. I live in Florida now so I have a lot of baby boomers. I also get a lot of clients who requesting organic facials along with home skin care. And I am getting busy with a brand new practice. I receive lots of referrals. That , my website and my sign is how I market my business. Mostly it is referrals. So believe me when I say there is a lot of demand for organic skin care out there.
