Hi Everybody,

I am wondering if anyone knows a good all natural hair removal wax, preferably a pine resin one? Not a sugaring solution or petrochemical-based wax please...thanks?

I am experimenting with Mancine wax which I ordered through Universal Companies. You can also go to mancinecosmetics.com. Their Aloe wax: Pine tree resins, vegetable oils, apricot oil, Aloe vera, Solvent blue 36, Solvent yellow 93.

How do you like it? I love Universal Companies catalog...so fun and I'm glad to see more and more natural products in it!

I started with a tin of the Olive Oil wax and I think it works well, spreads thinly, not to mention being way less expensive than the cirepil/greenepil products. Haven't tried the aloe wax yet, or the hard wax of theirs, so the jury is still out. Yes, on the more natural proucts in Universal! I want to send them an email and have them add the accelerated hydrogen peroxide disinfectant that Janet McCormick refers to in a recent Skin Deep article. It sounds more eco-friendly and works faster.

Awesome. I will have to try those. Thanks for the recommendation!

My pleasure...
