While I like the multi-function units because they neat and compact, it can cause a problem with something breaks on the unit, because generally you have to take the entire unit in to be fixed- which means you lose ALL of your equipment until it's repaired! I have a back up steamer, mag light and high frequency for this reason. Still, it's a bummer when you don't have the equipment you normally do!
