I really need some input from my fellow estheticians.  Here is my scenario I am currently booth renting in a busy salon and have built a nice clientele.  Recently I started booth renting with another esty (same salon) because of high rent it cut my rent in 1/2.  However, do to my family schedule it has made it hard to have flexible days . I also make very little on product sales - where I could be making a lot more.  Now I have an opportunity to work in a salon that is "reopening"- new owners.  This salons rent is lower so full time is the way to go- I also can be in charge of my own product sales :).  There will be at least one other esty. possibly two.  It has stations for 10 stylist and 2 nail techs.  This salon is booth or commission based so not quite sure how that will work.  Even though there are new owners it has been home to two other salons that have shut down.  The name as far as I know will not be changing do to established marketing (is this good or bad?).

I have a variety of services and am not afraid to market myself- sorry for the long e-mail any input would be great!!
