I've been using SS for almost a year and I charge the same amount even if I use only enzymes or if I add a peel. Now I want to offer the peels as a single separate service and/or as a series treatment, could you give me an idea how much are you charging per treatment and series? Also, do you charge extra if you add it to an enzyme? Thank you ladies.
I am curious as well also how you pair them together as I will be a new order for the peels. Do you feel the peels are effective? I was alittle surprised to see them suggested once a week.
I will usually swap out the enzyme for a peel as well price wise. Seems to make sense to me. I think if you are adding a peel to an enzyme you could definitely have a charge for it. It doesn't have to be major but you could just call them X boost and maybe charge $10? If you are boosting an enzyme you aren't using much product. Just my thoughts. Great idea though...I need to rework my menu for sure!!
If you have the protocol book, some of them will say...for an added boost add X. I haven't boosted any of my enzymes yet because I have peels left over from another company and am too afraid to mix mfg companies.
Hi Sandra - I always leave pricing to the aesthetician, but these smaller peels (such as the glycolic and lactic) that I space 1 week apart are smaller, lighter peels where the client should peel microscropically; I charge a smaller amount so that the treatment series is economically reasonable for the client. These are 15 minute peels for me (no mask, no massage, etc.) so charge accordingly for the cost of the product and my time. I stack them 1 week apart (combined with aggressive homecare) and perform them in series of 6. You will see amazing results without downtime. You question the effectiveness of doing this; my philosophy is that you will see better results from a weekly peel rather than a stronger peel performed once a month. If I am working on acne or pigmentation, I want to professionally treat it every week, rather than once a month.
