I enjoy working with African American skin... Although I am a fitz 3/4, I'm discovering some challenges in ethnic skin...I found the lemon zest on this skin tone works beautifully, Id like to ask which other SS enzymes has anyone else had success with in combating "hyperpigmentation "? Your skin tips are much appreciated ...

I've recent.you been using the lemon zest on myself, & I like how my skin looks & feels a few days after. I have also enjoyed the pomegranate enzyme . interestingly enough though, as an African American woman I don't have very many African American facial clients. Go figure ! Lol ! Especially those that are consistent with facial care and appreciate the value.
Hi Sandra, I second the motion! It's a challenge convincing (some) of the importance of skin care, but I have a few that are dedicated to the system, which makes me extremely happy!

Lin, I too use the lemon and pomegranate enzymes on my clients of color, and I have used the lemon enzyme on myself and I've loved the results. I hope this helps. :-)
Thank you both kindly, glad we are on the same page :)

Both the Lemon Zest and the Pomegranate will lift pigmentation and brighten the skin as they both contain lighteners.  I designed the Pomegranate especially for an African American as she had a very oily t-zone (I included 2% salicylic for that), but her cheeks were very dry (I put 11% lactic in for the dryness) and then arbutin to work on pigmentation.  The Lemon Zest is mild with a tingle factor around a 2-3.  The Pomegranate is punchy with a tingle factor around a 5-6.  You are also safe with the Coconut, Raspberry, Blueberry, and Pumpkin enzymes.

Perfection ! Thanks again
