It's the "Peach Melba Facial"!

Raspberry/Peach Enzyme & Vanilla Hydrating Masque

Client gets a choice of complimentary add-on of either a Foot Treatment OR 15-min LED Treatment

I am not sure what scent I will use for the hand/arm/shoulder massage but I have a couple different body butters and massage creams that might work...or I can make one up with some of my essential oils

Sounds great Cindy!  I'm offering a "Strawberry Shortcake Facial".  It's SS lemon enzyme and strawberry mint mask, I have a berry lotion I'll use for massage.  It has been a real hit!  I've offered it as a "special gift card buy" with Giftcard Cafe.  Love those "presales"!

Brigitte,
Do you still do this if some one has sensitive /dry skin?

I love these ideas!  We will be announcing a "Strawberry Lemonade" Mother's Day Facial next week in an e-mail newsletter, which is a combination of the Lemon Zest and the Strawberry Mask (add Ageless Hydrating Serum to the Strawberry Mask if she's a dry client).  You are all so creative!

Great idea Lisa!    Would you offer the same advice for a sensitive client (adding Ageless Hydrating Serum)?  I was thinking I'd mix aloe (from another brand) in with the mask if they were sensitive or just layer it on under the mask and not use any steam with the enzyme.  Any other thoughts?

Hi Bridgitt - I think you are on the right track adding aloe (or Ageless Hydrating Serum) to dilute the effect of the enzyme and/or add hydration to the mask.  I think the point is getting creative for each individual client (diluting with aloe or accelerating with a peel).

Sounds good Cindy . I've been sitting around for a few days trying to figure out what I was going to offer in conjunction with Mothers day. I decided that I would offer 2o minute foot / leg scrub with an herbal tea foot soak & mimosa's  followed by a 30 minute reflexology treatment. I was going to skip offering a special mothers day facial but listening to you, Lisa and the other ladies I think the "strawberry lemonade " sounds delightful. Perhaps I could incorporate that into the foot and leg scrub....I'm gonna think on that some more !

@Sandra -

On a Spa Sampler Special I was running I added in a foot reflexology, scrub and wrap treatment...every client left soooo relaxed! Love the soak and Mimosas!

Offering "specials" keeps my life fun...but I know what you mean - I ended up just extending my March Special into April because my brain just couldn't get into gear! :)

Mothers Day is supposed to be a good Gift Certificate sales opportunity so I think it's worth it to offer something a little special.

I was just going to ask what you ladies use for hand/arm/shoulder massage? where do you purchase them? I've only had 4 paying clients since I've opened and I still feel a little in the dark in so many areas.

Tracy -

I like to use the Spa Blends body butters.

They had lowered their minimum to $100 per order a couple of years ago so I took advantage of that. It looks like they may have raised their opening order again.

My girlfriend's using the Keyano butters - but I am not real happy with their ingredient deck.

Try to get a quality product though...I hate when someone uses a yucky massage product on my face (like Biotone or Bon Vital), although I can tolerate it for my neck/shoulders.

Look into FarmHouse Fresh or Bella Luce too - they have yummy looking products

I'm a small spa too. When I just have a special sometimes I just go for really nice scent on the massage body lotion (never on face) and just buy a bottle of whatever at retail price so I don't have to worry about minimums. Especially if I'm not selling it. If I did want to sell it then I might be more picky :). I get tired of coming up with 100 dollars for this and 300 for that! I actually want to take a paycheck sometimes.. Lol

These are treatments sound great!  I was going to just extend my ultrasonic facial specialthat I ran in April for Mother's Day.   Maybe not.....All these sound so wonderful.  I guess I could give them an option.  Thanks, Ladies for sharing.
