What treatment/products could I use for a client who is Fitzpatrick 5/6 and has hyperpigmentation around her nose area, specifically around the corners. She also has blackheads. I've tried extracting that area but come up with nothing.

I did the Lemon Zest treatment and she loved it. Those areas are getting better and she sees results but I know that we can really treat that area and get great results. I'm just needing some extra tips from anyone who may have some for me.

Thanks!

Hi Dee Dee - how about the same Lemon Zest facial, but end the facial with 2-3 layers of the TCA Depigmentation peel directly on the pigmented areas?  The TCA has azaleic, arbutin & kojic (all natural lighteners) that will lift the pigmentation AND it's safe on ALL Fitzpatricks.  I made this TCA specifically for your darker skin types to create an even skin tone.  Leave the TCA on the skin for at least 8 hours.  Have your client remove it with her gentle cleanser.  She should expect some flaking from this peel.

Thanks so much! I will definately try this. So exciting! Thanks for all you do Lisa! She is gonna love this!
