Hi Tara - absolutely you can use the Ageless Skin Hydrating Serum and the Vitamin C with galvanic. They have a lower pH and are considered acidic and they have a positive polarity.
Is there anywhere that says if the serums have a negative or positive polarity? I just got my facial machine and I am wondering if I could use the galvanic roller to help push the serums into the skin.
I am so looking forward to the workshop September 15, 2013!!!!!
Hi Willie: No, it is not necessary to neutralize the enzymes; however, if you feel it is necessary, please do so. I'm going to call you directly to discuss her background / lifestyle as to she is still stinging.
Also, is it necessary to neutralize the enzymes?
Hi again, Now I feel really bad for my client. I've used the Lemon Zest often lately and no one has responded negatively to it. I even used it on myself this past weekend. I have some small feathering of skin but that's it.
I checked in on my client and here is her response. I'm not sure how to proceed. Should I have her come back in and put her under the Celluma LED panel?

Thanks Lisa & Lugenia,
I think it may have been saturated on the edge of the cotton round. When its time to remove, I use the Lucas sprayer to saturate the skin, then remove with ultrasonic spatula and then follow up with a towel, but I leave the cotton pads on and wipe around them. After I used the calming Algae mask, I used a Retinol/glycolic pad, then moisture and SS Spf 30/SPF 15 lip.
I'll let her know about the cortizone cream. Thanks again.
One more thing, you can use cortizone cream 1% from the drug store to help with any irritation from the product.
