Lisa, yes I do believe it is. It is starting to look healthier and the breakouts are getting less often. The reason why I got the peel is because of the breakouts- which oddly enough were only on my cheeks. Now hyperpigmentation is decreasing and I have purging breakouts on my chin. I think these resulted from getting a deep clean facial. It took about 2 weeks before the flaking was really apparent. Why would that be? I am interested in ordering some of this product for my treatment room but I want to learn about it first.

Kimberly:  Does this comment mean that your skin is clearing up after the Cranberry peel?  The Cranberry peel is a 20% salicylic - you should expect flaking for 3-4 days and a reduction in the inflammation in the skin.

Regarding peel, I think I had some issues before the peel and the peel helped to bring it out to the surface. I also changed skin care regamin. I was using Mario Badescu which I think was clogging my pores. I changed to Bioelements (which is my fav) and only used it one day and can only ready see a difference. Skin is clearing up. This has been very frustrating since I am a licensed Aesthetician and know the secrets. I can treat my clients but can't see my skin close enough to treat myself. lol. By the way I'm in Maine.

Sure.  Everyone is different in responding to peels - I want to ask how the skin was prepped, how it was treated afterwards, medications, health history and that's just too much to ask on a blog.

Would you mind sharing what you two discuss on here? I would love to hear what's going on, what you advise, etc. Thanks!

Hi I'm glad that I found you. I just had a 20% Cranberry turnover peel on some parts of my face 2 weeks ago. Since then I have a lot of nodules and redness on that area and pustules on my chin. Is this good? Is this just a lot of bacteria (p acnes) coming to the surface. How long will it last? Will it turn into hyperpigmentation? Please help!

That's definitely my inclination- I was a little flabbergasted at 25% for Rosacea. I know salicylic is beneficial, but that seems really harsh.

No, please do not use the Cranberry Turnover on a rosacea client.  It would be too stimulating.  I suggest the Coconut/Papaya enzyme.
