    I am wondering how does the Illinois scope of practice for Estheticians differ than massage.  For instance can estheticians massage the scalp or feet and can massage therapists preform massage "facials"?

    I would like to take some GOOD ce esthetic classes in the quad city area....any suggestions ? Is be willing to travel a little thanks! Could be makeup, anti aging , acne , ect.....
