We are opening a 2000sf spa in a hotel. We will be providing skin care, massage, spray tanning and makeup services. We are looking to find out what the industry averages are for commission on retail products?

Based on your product (s) cost and deals an average of 8% or 10% is usually offered. You could also have incentives with the line representative to encourage sales among team and invite her every few month for retail training:)
