  • Susanne Schmaling

WOW.. I have had so many great conversations with my friends throughout the country that I decided to change the name of our group to West Coast Estheticians. Hope to see you here!
  • Patricia M. Lewis

Just wondering!!! Is anyone freelancing with their own microdermabrasion machine and providing facials? Do you find it profitable? I can not afford to rent space at this time and was thinking of going to clients homes to provide services.

Can I toss out a suggestion that we use the "Start Discussion" feature for specific questions rather than the Comment Wall.  I have found it difficult to follow questions and answers on other groups if they are sprinkled amongst the wall comments.  I want to make the most of this awesome group!  Thanks to Susanne for starting it.  :)

Has anyone had good bad or other experiences buying equipment on Ebay?

This message is for all West Coast Estheticians.  I would like to send samples of a product that works with your cleanser to exfoliate and penetrate nutrients in a remarkably effective way, allowing you to combine cleansing and exfoliating in one application as well as penetrating nourishment deeply into your clients' skin.  Works great for a mini-facial or express facial as well as full services.

This product, Nutrifoliant, is one of several products in the Nutrient Skincare line, which I created as an esthetician and microbiologist.  Guaranteed to make a difference with first use.  Let me know if you would like a free sample.

I am a business owner and I'm looking to add on LED light therapy to my menu.  Do any of you offer this treatment and do you think it is effective?  If so, what LED company do you recommend?

  • Shelley Hancock

I have some great guest speakers scheduled for the January 19th workshop in Southern California!! I'm super excited. The CEO of Celluma will be giving us in-depth info about LED. The developer of Ecogenics skincare will share her natural product line and a registered respiratory therapist is going to give us the real skinny on oxygen infusion!!! Registration is on my website: http://www.shelleyhancock.com/seminarstraining.html Hope to see some of you then!
