Hello Susan,
I am fairly certain that the professional rate offered by Clarasonic was half of retail cost. The single heads $25 retail and the duo pack $40 retail.
I was able to order the Clarisonic Pro directly from Clarisonic at a professional rate -as well as replacement heads :)
