    Hi Joy,

I like the website you recommended. Have you read the book Oncology Esthetics: A practitioner's guide (it's on the website) ? If so, do you think it is informative? If not, could you please suggust a well writen book on this modality?

I signed up for Look Good Feel Better and a representative emailed me asking for some more information concerning my location. I filled in my town on the original application. I emailed her back to tell her my town and state. She wrote that she needed this information to send to the right person. Now I am waiting for the right person to contact me.After somebody contacts me, I will take a four hour certification class.

To answer your question: I would prefer to do skincare vs. make up. But I am willing to do what is needed of me.

Hi,  Do you know of any places in AZ that practice oncology esthetics?

    Thanks,

    Hello Joy

Am not often on this site - our new website is www.oncologyesthetics.com

How are you?  Interesting to read some of the threads with estheticians find this challenging!  How do you attract regular spa clients to your spa?  Why does it have to be so different with cancer patients/clients.  Anyway, the modality is certainly getting out there with more and more estheticians certifying through us. We have improved our program so much since you attended, and continue to do so.  We are also teaching now overseas, and I just love it when it takes me to my home country and others with 'my type of culture and weather' ;-)

Do email me on the above email and let me know how you are....I'll also introduce you to Becky is now our US Director/National Educator.

    Thanks for touching base...appreciate it.
