I have been using the DermaSound for 10 years. This is an effective machine for all skin types and conditions. It is amazing the histological changes you are able to achieve in the skin. My clients are very pleased with the results and I am always getting a phone call or email after the first treatment telling me how great their skin feels and looks. I have small hand-held ones, but really I don't use them. I just don't see that they help my clients all that much. I'm a product person, not a machine person. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
