To respond. I used the Dermaglow EST table top microderm machine for a few years and while I liked it alright I just didn't like the mess of the crystals and also hated that a lot of clients couldn't have it done because of capillary issues. I sold the machine and bought a few dermafiles which I love and so do my clients! They are super easy to use an give far superior exfoliation in my opinion. Even my clients with broken caps can have a
Dermafile treatment and not end up with any issues. They are also far more cost effective. I find now we have newer and better means of exfoliation and anti-aging modalities and find microderm a little archaic. I say get some good peels/enzymes, a
Dermafile set and a few LED lights and you will be good to go.
