I am in Massachusetts and I was keeping a time sheet but she stopped using them and just let the receptionist clock me in. As far as the commission reports, I just want to know how much I'm making per client to see if is be better of being commission instead of hrly. But everytime I bring it up she starts studdering and saying she doesn't know how to do it or I don't need to see it. But my question is "who" do I call??

aren't you keeping your own records? if there is any discrepancy, you can then ask them a specific question. they don't need to show you commission reports for others, if you have a question about yours, let them know.

Not sure which state you are in, as laws may vary from state to state, however it seems to me that your boss has something to hide. I find it hard to believe that legally she can withhold this information from you. Are you sure this is the right place for you to work?

What state do you live in? It may be helpful to check your state by laws, and don't be shy about actually calling them on the phone! I'm sure that if the person who answers your call doesnt know, you can ask to be switched off to somone who can help you find out! Have you worked there very long?
