Do any of you perm eyelashes? What is the best product out there for that?
I have a new client that used to have her eyelashes permed. I told her I would look into it and purchase a kit to try on myself first. any suggestions for what is the best product for that?

I tried that Easy Perm-clip system-on myself 3 or 4 times with pretty good results, but went to use it on a client and could not get them on, when I got 1/2 lid into it other half would come out!, she did have a smallish face, after several attempts, I gave up. So, don't know if it was my inexperience or that they just don't work on some. She is the only client who has asked for perm since lic. last August. I don't like the rollers at all, in school it took me forever, could be that product was too old and more difficult to use, and little exp. I only did 4 or 5. don't know. but without people to practise enough on, I just took them off my menu.

Minkys are a US company and I have had very good experience with them. I don't know if they distribute from china for their lash perming, but you could always ask :) I have met Israel the co-owner and he is a really nice guy, customer service is top notch. www.minkys.com Good luck!

I have seen Minkys offer a product like that, it looked very simple to use, although I have never permed lashes myself, I do lash extensions and lash tinting. Best of Luck and keep us posted on what you decide and how it works out.
