I am considering adding on this service. Does anyone have any experience with application. Best training and product line?? I know there are several out there, Xtreme, Nova Lash and Lavish Lash.

Any information is much appreciated.

I use JB Lash and I've been very happy with the results. The mink variety of lashes are my preference. They offer in house training, or online training. Regardless it will take time, skill, and extreme attention to detail to be successful in this business. It's a very up and coming business and people love the results but can be very dissatisfied with poor results. I would say personality is very important in this profession. Being able to enjoy to intense concentration needed to do a perfect set of lashes is a must. Being able to troubleshoot challenges and adjust technique is also extremely important. Good luck to you in this new adventure!

Angie, I am an Advanced Trained Xtreme Lash Stylist since 2006.  Although I considered Xtreme to be the best when I trained and still believe it to be one of the best, your finances for training and your passion for it should come into consideration when choosing a company.  I would list the following companies to explore as you mentioned above - Xtreme, NovaLash - there is JB Lashes, Longmi, Shavasana - The most important item is the skill you acquire during training - then the adhesive you use.   The is a site you can go to www.wakeupinyourmakeup.com where all the lash stylists comment on techniques, products, clients, prices etc.  This will give you a better insight into the lash stylists business.  I can be very rewarding if it is your passion.  BTW there is a seminar, which I wish I could go to, next week in Chicago called Lash Boom -  if you are close by you might look into it - or just view the website.  Good Luck  (on more thing there is an organization called Lashologist which gives some training too)
