Fresh flowers in the bathroom, changing room and entry make a wonderful welcome statement for grand openings.  I use fresh herbs from my garden with purchased flowers to welcome my clients. Music is a big deal with me, as it also sets the mood.  My clients love to hear about the past owners of my home and the history behind it.  My practice room was once the music room that held a piano so I share how the love of beautiful music is still here, in the walls.  Of course I use soothing piano back ground music and how wonderful that fits in for my treatments!  Healthy snacks like stuffed dried dates & apricots are wonderful for the Fall season along with nuts they make a beautiful color statement.  I would serve herbal waters along with detox teas for beverges.  Find a friend with beautiful skin and give a demo of your facials while she "plays the client". This is touting what you love to do!  Last but not least make sure other businesses around you and your neighbors are not planning any noisey activity! I have had important dates for clients when my neighbors where using chain saws on their trees, not a relaxing sound! Make sure street crews are not going to be around doing repairs too!  Roll out the red carpet with your own glowing beautiful skin to dazzel your guests.  You are a walking billboard to advertise what you do best!  I wish you much success on your new journey of enjoying a home based business!
