Hi Tanya

A thorough skin analysis and health history is vital in the treatment of  hyperpigmentation.  Is it hormonal, caused by UV damage or medications?

I use PCA Pigment Gel (Hydoquinone Free) that contains kojic and I also perform peels like the PCA Sensi and Ultra Peel I or Jessner all depending on their Fitzpatrick.  I have great results with this combination when clients comply with home care.  I tell my clients sunscreen is mandatory or they're just throwing money away and time spent coming to see me.  I do peel treatments every 3 weeks until they are satisfied with the results which is usually 8-10 peels.  The HQ Pigment gel is safe enough for long term use unlike the hydoquinone recommendations of short term use. Hope this helps you!

Image Skincare has 2 products that are meant to work together. Lightening Serum & Bleaching Serum. The work in different ways, The Bleaching Serum has Hydoquinone & the Lightening serum is a blend of botanical lightening agents.

Hydoquinone...but use sparingly. It is strong stuff and generally used in a medically supervised environment to ensure proper application and treatment.
