Little underlying pimples

I have a girl with oily skin type which we have under control but she has had little bumps under the skin we can not clear up. In the process of a peel series have done 3 and 1 microdermabrasion as well . She is very happy with how good her skin is feeling and doing. I am wanting to get rid of those bumps HAHA Any recomendations or something I'm not getting here.

She needs something working daily to keep her skin clear along with the treatments that you are performing!! Have you talked to her about her diet and water intake?? Because even though the peels you are using on her are doing alot of good, if they are not
getting the amount of water that the body needs to replace those skincells then cause some cystic bumps!
