Any recommendations on a good brand of lance to remove milia, also tips on technique. I've been coming across some stubborn ones.

We get ours from Universal Companies. They're very good.

Thanks, I just took a class with skin script. I do remember hearing her recommend that.

I have a sister with milia-am learning some of the skin care products from Skin Scripts-and the founder of the line was talking about how people are always exfoliating as the main way to get to milia....she talks about the product Ageless Hydrating Serum-How when the milias are stubborn it is good to put them on this product-I dont remember everything she said about it-but something like the moisture penetrating the skin will loosen up the milia (crystalized balls of sebum). I can see how this works. Hope that helps some-And I like to use lancets. Makes the job a whole lot easier. I like the ones that are all metal-have angled, kinda triangular point at end-instead of the plastic ones with little metal-like a needle..I get mine from universal-just reg blood lancets (I think that is what it is under).

In our country many states prohibit the use of lancets.

I can't imagine that one would be better than another though, they are pretty generic.
