Hi everyone!  Does anyone else get back pain when doing back to back facials?  I have 7 this coming weekend, 3 Saturday, and 4 Sunday.  I'm looking for ways to combat the muscle pain that I get in the middle of my back.  I started doing yoga to help strengthen my core, but had to stop for 6 weeks due to recovery from a surgery.  Any ideas anyone has that could help me not be in knots after this weekend (and beyond) would be great.

Some basic info on how I work:

1.  I sit to do facials.

2.  The stool I have doesn't have a back.  I'm thinking of getting one.

3.  I do stand during hand and arm massage.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I bought the "Backjoy " you can get it at bedbath & beyond..or backjoy.com...i just got it so iam trying it..though it kinda feels uncomfortable but it might work ill let you know, i am looking to buy also a good esti chair dont know of any companies any suggestions???

The company is Living Earth Crafts, the chair is listed as Designer Rolling Stool w/ Wood Surround w/ Back. Sorry couldn't attach the link. Chair is $249 without the added options , wood stain, custom height etc...

Thank You, Denise

Thank you Denise. I also found the chair in the store call Relax the Back, swopper chair. It follows you back and forth. But the price insane it is about 750 dolar. :(

That's crazy price

I know :( Chair is awesome. You dont have to reach anywhere, you would be able to keep your right position all the time. You ll be using your leg not your belly or back. That is what Feldenkrais keep telling you, use your leg not your upper body. So this chair totaly serves this idea. Maybe i would purchase when i have so many clients. :)

I wanna take a look at the chair just see it.
