Believe it or not my daughter was taking the appointment book with her to work (we work together) and she put it on her trunk and left. My husband and I spent hours walking the sides of the road between our house and a shop. No book anywhere! Later our neighbor says he saw it down the street and around the corner in the middle of the road. When we got there it was nowhere to be found! I had signed up for Vagaro but hadn't started using it yet so everything was in the book. It had my name and number but no one has called. What a July 4th...
I'm hoping someone out there has had this experience and can tell me a good way to handle it. I'm going to post reward posters but in case that doesn't work... Can you guys tell me what would be the best way to contact clients and ask when there appointments are without sounding totally unprofessional. I can't believe this has happened!!!
