An esty that had purchased the Time Master (electroporation) machine from me called in a bit of a panic the other day. She used it on a long time client. The client absolutely loved it and she looked awesome when she left. Here comes the bit of a panic part.... this client called her 30 minutes later and told her that between her last visit and the one today, she had a surgery and now had a pacemaker. Wow, that's big news....don't ya think she might have mentioned that when she walked in? We're not supposed to use the Time Master on clients with pacemakers. All is well, the client called her doc and was told she'll be okay but to not do it again.

The moral of this story is.....when using something new on a client, it doesn't matter how well you think you know them, always ask for an update!!

WOW, I can't believe the client wouldn't think to mention something like that! Jeez! I'm glad the client is okay, but yes, definitely lesson learned!

You know, I always ask clients what's new or changed since last visit.

Many, many times they say "nothing"...and maybe remember "something" halfway through the treatment while they are just chatting.

But with something as MAJOR as surgery and a pacemaker, I can't believe she would not have mentioned it prior to her visit! Wow

I had a client who had been gone for six months and when I asked "Is anything new" She said "MY KIDNEY"  haha...
