I'm seeing online booking available everywhere nowadays! I would like to offer it on my website, so far I like what I see of Schedulicity online scheduling.

What is everyone's favorite online scheduling to use on their website? Is it affordable and easy to maintain? Has there been any issues with letting new clients book their own appointments?

If you're an ASCP member you get a great discount on the Full Slate scheduling services (http://www.fullslate.com). We've heard really positive things from our members, particularly about their customer service. I LOVE StyleSeat. And it's FREE. My clients find it very easy to use.

I started using Genbooks this year and LOVE it! So easy to set up and it increased our business immediately.  There are no issues with clients booking their appts - makes less work for us.  You can block out any times that you don't want them to book; and they don't see your schedule.  Alll they see are the slots that are open to them. What they do and most other online schedulers don't, is that they allow credit card # capture - essential for us as a really busy clinic.   Had I known how easy this was I would've done it years ago.

Hi Laura,

Are you still using Genbooks?  If so, are you still happy with the program and customer service?

I'm looking to add online booking to my website.

Thanks,

Denise

Yes, still using it and still love it.

I use Vagaro. I like it, clients like it. For $35 a month you get a "website." It's pretty simple for myself and clients to follow. I haven't had any big problems with newer/older clients booking.

Hi Kelly

I'll check out Vagaro.

This is a little old, but I wanted to post because it seems like i'm the only one having issues with online scheduling lol I use Set More. It's free and easy to use. I have it set up on my Facebook and also my website and I can set appointments from my cellphone when I'm away from work. I own a small waxing studio in Oregon, so I find it very convienient and easy to keep track of my appointments. I just find that the majority of clients that schedule online for me, don't show up. I've recently been requiring a deposit for first time clients scheduling online and so far so good.
