Have a client that has cystic acne but is different type of acne, is big and no pose it just bleeds! I did some research, she does not have comodones, which is unusual for an acne client, so I believe she has roseace acne?!!! I have been treating her with Salicylic Peels, it does help but then it always comes back, any recommendation will greatly appreciated! Thank you

Put her on a 2.5% noncomedogenic benzoyl peroxide gel (water based).  Start her wearing it just 15 minutes a night and cleanse off.  On the 4th night, have her wear it for 30 minutes for 3 nights.  then 60 minutes for 3 nights, then 2 hours for 3 nights.  Then wear it overnight. Cleanse, tone, bpo.

Thank you Laura, waterbased? hmm where can I find this? Thank you!

I've not had any success in treating Rosacea of any sort.  I've never had the specialized training to treat that sort of thing so I always recommend a visit to the derm.  I actually got a thank you card from a lady I sent recently with rosacea.  She said she appreciated me putting her needs before my need to make $$ and that she has recommended me to all of her friends for facials and such.  I still see her in for regular facials and her skin has improved greatly from the regimen she's on.

Hi Michelle, she has been to the derm and doctors, even hormone docs and they can seem to help her, she comes to me because I do a salicilyc peel, and it seems to help, but I want to get to the root of it, I really want to help her, she has been everywhere!
