@Katrina - no I don't use salicylic on blackheads.  So, in your Acne Home Care Guideline on the supplementary cd in your training dvd, it goes over homecare for noninflamed acne (which are blackheads and closed comedones).  I would love it if you did the research, come back and tell me what you found and I'll tell you if you are right.  Sound good?

@Raquel - I have a wholesale line that includes the Vitamin A Pro serums.  In order to buy wholesale from us, you need to buy the training dvd  to know exactly how to use them to produce the results you want to get with your acne clients.

Also, does your Salicylic Serum work well for treating blackheads? Just wondering if there's anything that even works at all for that. I've always found Salicylic doesn't really work for acne or blackheads, but your serum is stronger than most products, being at 7%.

@Katrina - I would probably have them use the Vitamin A Pro serums (whichever one they tolerate).

Laura, is there a specific product in your line that you would suggest a client use at home for treatment of Milias? There's a lot of different serums in your line for specific conditions so I'd like to know what works well for it.

@Jackie - Exoliants like lactic, glycolic, mandelic and/or vitamin a propionate in their homecare can be helpful with milia. I'm not all that familiar with retinol products since I tend to rely on retinyl propionate for my vit a of choice. Treatments using chemical peels is also helpful.

Extreme cases of milia can be really tough to get under control.  I use a round-end extractor from Cosmopro (same as what I use for blackheads) but you have to be able to use a needle or lancet to open them up if they are near enough to the surface to get out.

@Laura Please

Can you give me any advice for a client that has extreme Milia. She has been to the dermatologist a few years ago and now they are all back and traveling from her forehead down to the cheeks and a few on the chin. I tried to extract a few and they were extremely large and still to far down to make any progress. Do you have a certain tool you use and should she be getting chemical peels or microderm. Also does retinol-a help. Thank everyone, I really want to help her.

@Jessica - I had a client who bought it and didn't like it much.

@Carolyn - looking at the product line on Lelexo's Facebook page, it looks almost exactly like Vivant's line.  Interesting.

I just had a client ask me if Zeno Hot Spot works. Anyone have any feedback on this? Thanks!
