I was trained in certified using diamond tip microderm. Everything I've read about Crystal tip is all the fly away dust particles is not great.
Diamond tips are the way to go.

Hi Donna, The only time I ever use micro is on pregnant clients who need more than just an enzyme/steam for noninflamed acne. For at last 90% of my acne clients, I use a gentle chemical peel. The micro I have is diamond tip, but I'm certainly no expert in that field, it's just what I have.

Hello! I'm new to this group and a recently esthetics graduate and i would love to become a Acne Specialists i have 3 daughters that have Acne issues and I see how that affects their confidence. I want to be able to help those people look and feel better about themselves.

Hi Aston - if you want some feedback about our system, you might more readily get an answer from the Acne Specialists group on LinkedIn. Seems to be a lot more action there than here. You will need to ask to join, and then I will "approve" you. It is not Face Reality centric - any skin care professional can join who is interested in treating acne. Many of my wholesale clients are on there.

New to this group and LOVE to help treat my acne clients and change their skin. I have struggled for a few years now with moderate breakouts and have always loved using professional products and treatments to properly treat it. I am looking to order the DVD from Face Reality and would love to hear some feedback as to what people think of the product and what it has done to help your business?

Jennifer - I couldn't disagree more... most acne clients are great. There's always going to be a few that don't listen, and they just aren't ready; but the vast majority are wonderful clients who get great results and sing my praises anyway.... Acne is all I do so somebody better be listening!

i agree acne clients are the worst to have ... the never listen to there diet stress,picking .. waste of time.
