Hi Laura just wondering why? she would apply the serum before the bpo. and not after? Does it make that much of a difference ?

@Nicole - routine looks good to me.  yes, you can use a serum as long as it is a water-based serum (no oils) and put it on before the bpo.  Do not put anything on top of the bpo.

So, wanted to update. I've modified my routine some, aken some advice from here, and my skin is... Looking better!

I'm not able to take The Face Reality course til after the new year, though.

So, here what I've been doing (using my mine line, Rhonda Allison):
Cleanse with Beta Green Tea cleanser am and pm
Mandelic serum in AM
BPO blemish Complex in Pm, 15 min on for 3 days, doubling every 4th days. Just wore it overnight tonight
Growth factor gel/moisturizer

No new breakouts! Skin looking smoother.

Wondering...I wanted to add a lightener with hydroquinone, short term... Would I use that at night before the BPO or after? Good idea or no? I have A LOT of PIH, some old, some new (as can be seen in the pics I posted awhile back).

Thanks for the info and tips. Hope this keeps up.

Hi Martha

I would be happy to advise you if you can get exoliants and benzoyl peroxide in your country.  We just don't send internationally anymore, but I could probably help you.  Do you have access to glycolic acid or salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide?

Hi Laura,I had also enquired about becoming your certified acne specialist here in Kenya.I would be looking to take your training program as well as get supplies from you. But i first need to put my acne under control. Kindly advise if i can become your long distance client because your reply earlier was that i may not be able to get your products.

You are welcome!  Thanks for the referral!  Are you planning on becoming certified with us?

I have just referred her to your clinic for help.  I have sent her the info.  Her name is Shannon Sprentall and I feel that it is best that I send her to an expert since I am not certified with you yet.  I really just want to help her because I know she is at her wits end.  Thanks Laura!
