@Sheila - Acne is an inherited disorder of the pores which is the "cause" of acne.  Anything else may exacerbate it, but you need to get her on the right products. All of that other stuff is "nice to know" but not all that necessary.  When you have an acne system that you know works, then you coach them through the 3-month time that it takes for it to work.

I was asking her to keep a log of what she was eating, supplements, skin care, etc that she was using each day and then when she was breaking I asked her to note if she was ovulating or having her period to start ruling out what it could be.  I think she has been dealing with this since her teens and gets so frustrated when she tries something and doesn't give it time to work.

@Sheila - glycolic cream is not going to get her clear.  She will need a combination of an exfoliant (maybe glycolic or mandelic) and benzoyl peroxide used in the correct way to clear her.  Homecare is so much more important than worrying about what she is eating.  When you say daily log - what is she logging?

I have a client that is reading The Acne Cure book and has asked me if I can get my hands on a glycolic cream??  Has anyone read this or had success with it?  This client has had a lot of acne issues and I asked her to keep a daily log but she kinda gave up.  I also asked her to check her supplements for the iodides and told her which ones she should make sure she is taking.  She has some severe digestion issues and has also tried accupuncture.  She mostly breaks out on her cheeks and temple area. 

Does anyone have advice or suggestions as to what i can tell her or where I can get her a glycolic cream?? 

Laura, I am actually more than likely going to refer her to your clinic but I wanted to look into this first.  Thanks

@Sonyia @Sheila   What I recommend for the both of you is to become long-distance clients of ours to clear up your acne.  You will learn a TON just seeing how we work with you; and, then, in turn, you can work with your own clients in the same way.  Then/or you might want to become certified Acne Specialists with us and be able to buy wholesale from us.  It will be the easiest and fastest way to get you clear!

Laura and I both have the pore clogging list on or web sites.  You should print it and check all the products you use on your face against it.
