Cross Marketing

Other than cross marketing with hotels as well as using social media sites and yelp/city search, has anyone had success with any other forms of marketing in your areas? I'm a little stumped on what to try next! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I did some cross marketing with independent hair stylists and salons without a spa portion. I gave them a gift certificate for a free 30 minute facial so they could check me out for themselves and afterwards I gave them my business cards and menus to display at their salon. I have gotten some new clients from their referrals as well as the stlylists themselves coming in. Alot of people ask the salons if they offer facials and when they dont they can recommend you!

I have only done hotels, but been wanting to reach out to bridal salons as well. A stylist in the salon has a real estate agent who was just honored for some huge award. I asked him if I could give her some gift cards to her next few clients that she sells a home to. I think that's all I've got.
