Hi Doris,
I just recently starting using SpaBooker ( http://www.spa-booker.com/ ) I use it with my iPad but it works with smartphones and of course computers, and so far i really love it. I havent tapped into too many of the features yet but it promises to have everything id need. You can intergrate it to your website so people can book appointments while checking out your menu, and then it keeps your appoinment book updated in real time. It has severl different levels of payment options to fit your needs. I'm a one woman team so i pay $25 dollars a month to use it so its fairly priced too.

Hi Doris,

I love Vagaro, it's affordable and gives me great printouts of sales, inventory, client tracking, email marketing, client charting etc....One press of a button and i can do my taxes! :) My clients love booking online and getting their customized text and email appointment reminders and green paperless receipts. plus if I do not have my laptop i can use my  app on my Droid to do appointment checkout and processing. Very convenient especially when traveling! A plus for you is that you can add provider schedules such as your LMT and give them all their end of day/week/month/year info on sales and services.  Go to Vagaro.com
