It is not legal for florida Estheticians to use lancets because it breaks the skin.

Can anyone tell me if using lancets for milia is legal for the esthetician in Florida? I have clients requesting it and I don't want to perform this service unless I know if it is legal for us or not. It was Not legal in NJ for LE's to perform this service.

Wow! Seriously! That's too funny! I'm from Indianapolis and went to school in fishers Indiana. It's called tricoci university of beauty culture now but when I was there it was honors beauty college. Why did you leave the keys?

Kimberly I work in the Florida keys and I have worked as a independent contractor and only have needed my estheticians license to work in the state of Florida. I'm not sure where your calling for questions but I call here http://www.myfloridalicense.com/ and always have spoken with someone! They have always been helpful for me as I originally came to Florida from Indiana with my Esthetician license. Hope this helps.
