I am wondering how does the Illinois scope of practice for Estheticians differ than massage. For instance can estheticians massage the scalp or feet and can massage therapists preform massage "facials"?

They can do everything except add eyecream. I hope they are banned from peels. But, they can rub in an exfoliating product.
