Hi ladies. This topic is one that I ask myself  when marketing.  For example. The economy is a little harry right now so the thinking is less money will be spent on beauty services. First I remind myself that I am not only in the beauty industry I am a practitioner of health and my services should reflect that concept. Second let me look at how to provide a discount without discounting my services and serve more clients. The answer- Spa Parties. I already offer discounts for  the services during spa parties because the clients are committing to two or more services and because there is a minimum for the guest list. I then market to my demographic and challenge was turned into opportunity. How do you turn your challenges into opportunities?
