Hi Gina - Looks like you are from Ohio - and Tanya is your Territory Manager and Educator.  You should have received information with her contact number.  It is really best to talk to her about your goals, what is the demographics of your clientele etc.  At that time Tanya will be able to provide you the guidance that you need to make the best decision as far as what makes sense for your business.  Glad to have you as part of the Image Family..... don't forget go out to Youtube and check out our ImageSkincare Channel:

great thanks.

that's awesome about the kits!

I received my info packet today and am looking it all over... talked to my rep today... I'm trying to decide how to best "jump in". I definitely want to get some training first... so I need to sort of cool my jets until I do.

But looking at the packages- I am tempted to do the "Bronze"- only it's a good bit of retail. I am in a TEENSY tiny room with not much room for retail.... Would I be better off just putting together my own package and investing in the trial kits vs. full-size retail?

And if I do that- what back bar is a "must"??

Thanks!!

I would go with the Vital C kit as it is the best for rosacea prone skin. I personally charge $25 for the full kit or $12 for the small normal/dry kit. The Vital C kits fly off my shelves! Also, eventually some ageless products may be incorporated in her routine after trying the kit first, but I would start the vital c products in the beginning as there is less irritation with them. Good luck!

question #2- do you charge clients for the 1-week trial packs? or absorb the cost?

question- I have a person in my office who has 50+ skin so has concerns with aging, but also has dealt with Rosacea.  Is the Vital C best, or Ageless? I want to give her a trial kit to get feedback.... thanks!

Paula, sorry it has taken so long for me to answer your question. I wish I could help you with this, but unfortunately I have not yet experienced working with the ageless line on darker fitzpatricks. I'm sure that Renee or Deanna would be able to give you some great advice.

Allore, I'm not sure where you can purchase that item in bulk. I have found that in order to keep my ingredients as fresh as possible, I like to order products in smaller packages. If you are still searching for a larger amount, good luck!

Renee, I am a huge fan of Image Skincare and I have been using the products for years. Anything I can do to help get more brand recognition, I am all for. Thank you for your extra tips and advice!

Deanna, I have yet to try the rejuvenating lotion, but I do have my shelves stocked! Also, my event does not have a specific time, it is just normal business hours from August 15-31. Just so you don't stop by when I am not there, I am not available on Mondays, so this will be Wednesdays-Saturdays and maybe a few Tuesdays depending on my new work schedule. I would love to get together and catch up soon, let me know when you're in town!

Erin:

You have done such a wonderful job as always.  I will see you Monday at your event.  Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

Oh BTW - this month my Favorite Product is our Rejuvenating Body Lotion.  This HOT summer heat is drying out my skin.  It has been a blessing.  Thanks for your support and loyalty.
