I have a client who is using a cream with 10% glycolic in the morning and is wanting to get something from Image but I'm not seeing anything less then 20%. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!
Simona,
www.imageskincare.com is for professional orders only. If you do not have an esthetics license, then customer service will refer you to a local business that carries the line. They are amazing products, give them a try!
Just a note to all my fellow estheticians, this page is for professional conversations only, not advertising. Please do not post any advertisements on this wall. Thank you!
Workshop: I will be giving an Aromatherapy, Tea, and Facial workshop in November (exact date not set) at Spark of Divine, 1789 Old dixie Hiwy, Vero Beach, Fl 32960. It will last 2 - 3 hours and will be a hands on Workshop for Licensed Esthetician. Lay people will also be in attendance. Cost to be determined but I will keep it very affordable (probably $25) Professionals should bring their portable tables. More on this later. Please note: Cleanser we will be using Ormedic Facial Cleanser - If you do not have this product it will be provided during the workshop
I apologize to you Jackie as I did not make myself clear this is totally my fault. I was talking about the Vital-C cleanser. However, By using the L-Ascorbic Acid Image Skin Care is using the cheapest (which is understantable they need to maintain a profit), as well as the LEAST stable form of Vitamin C. The more stable and less irritating form is Tetrahexyldecyl ascorbate (of course it is from 25 to 30 times more expensive). It is no wonder your client has had a reaction - unfortunately many do (be very careful this leads to sensitization). It is my personal feeling that Image Skin care may be more than aware of this problem and will be steadfast and quick to correct it.
@ Chere, so the Vital C Hydrating Anti Aging Serum 15% L-ascorbic Acid is not really what it says it is. I did call Image about this and they told me she was having a reaction to the L-Ascorbic Acid. I went to the Image training and they listed this as an ingredient along with BVOSC so not sure what your are referring to here.
