This is what I use. I feel like my skin likes the Glycolic cleanser best followed by the Resurfacing mask 1 time per week when needed. Afterwards I was using the Vital C serum and repair cream. Then I wanted to switch back to the max line for the stem cells and within just a few days I broke out in 3 cysts on the same side of my face. I noticed I broke out the last time I tried it, so maybe it is just to rich for me. So then I tried the Vit c ACE serum and it burned.  So now I switched to the vit c cleanser with some ormedic line. One of my clients is having the same issue, within 1 week she was so dry and flaking from the VC Line. Not sure what is going on. I am going to stop using the products until I can figure what is going on. Maybe I shouldn't use the glycolic cleanser everyday.  Thanks ladies, I'm a mess..

Jackie, what is the protocol your using?  I'm not sure why you would be getting cysts on your cheek and jawline.  It almost sounds like a hormonal problem.  Have you tried the ormedic products?   I sell quite a bit of Image skincare to my clients and I haven't had any negative feedback.  I will say that their products are quite active and you need to be careful on what your recommending to certain clientele who are sensitive.

Jackie have you tried the Ormedic products on your skin? or on your sensitive clients?

I have always had extremely reactive/acneic skin, and the Ormedic line doesn't give me any problems at all....

Does anyone have clients that are sensitive that can't use any of the image products.  I too seem to be breaking out and getting flaky from them. The max line is giving me big cycts around my cheek and jaw line. The vc line burns. Not sure what is going on. My skin didn't become compromised over night in anyway. I've been headed down this path since I started using them. Just want to know what everyone thinks.

Hello again Jackie/Christine - I sent them an email two days ago about this and telling them what I have my clients on.  I did this on their main web site and heard back from Chara.  Chara@imageskincare.com Here is her email.  I would email her, too, if I were you.  The more the better!!!  I really don't think what we are requesting is out of the norm at all.  I know one of the reasons I love Image is because they do not have 100s and 100s of products to overwhelm and confuse me.  I am excited to hear of their new products!

I too have a client that doubles up her cremes. She uses the Max cream and vit c repair cream. I think I will loose her as this way is costing her too much. However I tell her all the benefits etc.  Image should listen to us about a nice rich cream. I think we all should send them an email telling our concerns. I heard they are coming out with new product this year so hopefully something really good. Here is a link to some 1/2 oz sample containers if anyone is interested.

Christine - I did just receive an email from Chara with Image and she said she would pass on my questions/suggestions - for a thick cream and also to repackage creams to a tube rather than a jar (too much exposure to light and air).  Then she sent another email suggesting to try the Ageless Max Cream.  This, too, was not heavy enough for my clients' liking.  I know some people just want to use what they are comfotable with and what they are used to...however, I am sure there are many dry skinned clients who would love a thick, heavy cream.  I know a cream with such a consistency would sell!

Yes, Julie I agree about the extra heavy duty cream for clients with dry skin. About the samples, how clever Jackie! Image really needs to just change their samples to regular small packet samples like everyone else. All those little plastic pots are so wasteful. I sometimes charge for the kits but don't generally charge for the samples I give one at a time.

Jackie - I also have a couple of 'seasoned' clients (one being my mother) who have very, very dry skin.  I have her on the Vital C Repair Cream and the Ormedic Bio Peptide Cream and she adds the Hyaluronic Serum, too. While she loves the products she really wants something rich, thick, and heavy.  I have suggested to Image as well as asked if they will be making such a product for really dry skins, but have not heard back.  My mom's skin just drinks up the creams.  She is using this extra rich cream by Khiels at night on top of the Image.  Of course, I want her to refrain from doing this, but until there is a product that meets her needs she is going to continue.  Any thoughts?  Or, have you or anyone contacted Image about the same concern?  Thank you for your help!!

Thanks Beth, Also what is everyone doing for samples? It seems like people are interested in the line, take the samples then don't convert into purchasing the products. Does anyone make them buy the samples as they are quit expensive. I have looked into buying the portion cups and giving them some that way. But just to buy 10 sample jars of the vit c cleanser for 13.50 when I can buy a 6 oz bottle for13.25. Just trying to save money.
