Hi Tara,

I like to use Colloidal Oatmeal to calm irritated skin.  I have a Soothing Clay mask which has a large amount of colloidal in it or I also keep in on hand for just such an occasion as you experienced with your client.  You can mix it with a little cool water and apply directly to the face to calm...

Can anyone recommend an all natural product or ingredient to calm irritated or reactive skin? I recently had a client experience a reaction to the ilike cucumber and parsley lightening treatment and I didn't have anything on hand to immediately calm and the skin! Thanks for your feedback.

Hi friends. I am wondering what unique ideas you may have for treating acne during facials. I have a low tech, high touch practice and find myself getting stuck around certain clients who's acne isn't seeming to improve. I know I can't fix it all in my little room, but is there anything that you've found to be spectacular or close? Thx ;)

Adding Essential oils to your skin and body care

I am looking for likeminded Professional who choose to add health and wellness to your menu. I teach  how to add  the # one essential oil company to your skin and body treatments as well as how to stop the spread of dis-ease in your salon environment, this also helps you stay healthy, I have a full menu to add essential oils to your facials, full body wraps and more, that can remove systems of scars, cancers, tumors and more. Education is everything you must only use the best. Ask me why, I’m excited

Organic Rosehip Seed Oil

A few drops of pure Organic Rosehip Seed Oil will send your client's skin straight to heaven! Ah! This oil is high in essential fatty acids and contains high amounts of rentinol (Vitamin A). This is a superb skin fix for extra thirsty, flaky or traumatized skin. Great for scars, dermatitis, eczema, and psoriasis, and will diminish the signs of photo-aging. Not recommended for those who have cystic acne or extremely oily skin. Mommies rave about Organic Rosehip Seed Oil for soothing diaper rash! Professionally- I use a 4 drops during the facial massage, then I warm the skin/oil with a hot towel that has been heating in an organic lavender steam bath. Clients love how parched skin soaks up the oil for a non greasy effect.  www.norabloom.com

Andrea, thanks for joining the group!! I checked out www.302skincare.com, looks very interesting. Do you use these products in your facial treatments? The ingredients seem very much chemical free. Would love to know more about AVOGEN. What kind of client feedback are you getting?
