I've been doing an express facial for $25. When I add in a boost of glycolic or latic should I charge more?

These ladies are coming in for a series of 6.

What other special treatment could I give them besides the arm/hand massage?

It takes a few times to get people used to coming in for events so you have to be consistant with trying to do them monthly, or bi-monthly.  I just started doing these events again in this new area and had a great turnout for this only being the 2nd event.  I made some new clients and sold everyone who came in products and booked services for almost everyone who came in.  Its only a 3 hour event but everyone stayed and chatted with each other which I always like because they create my space as a place of comfort for themselves to be in.  So that makes them want to come back and spend some more time here.  When I was really consistant about the "lady's night" deal I made close to $1000.00 every time I had them.  You want to be consistant because that was what gave me the exposure I needed for people to remember to come back and bring their friends.  It's a great way for your existing clients to get their friends to come in to meet you, it's a fun social environment, and it gives them the chance to see you and start a relationship.  Plus I think they are fun to have.

Sometimes I will specialize it and have one of my sales reps come in to help sell product, like tonight I had my ColoreScience rep here talking about SPF!  It helps to spice it up.

Thank you for the advice and tips. would you care to share some of your advertisements for the events, what you did, etc...? I love detail to get the me thinking and to have some place to start.

I love all this sharing, it is so encouraging and helpful
