Yes, I love my school too! How many hours is your course? Mine is 600.
I am going to Anew Vision Academy Institute of Skin and Spa Sciences, Located in Newton NC. I live in Hickory NC and the school is about 20 minutes from me. It is a small school. But my instructor is wonderful!!! I truly love my school!
I attend Christine Valmy Institute in NYC. Where are you?
Great Susan!! I am in clinical now. I love it. Where are you and what school do you attend?
I'm still in school! I am almost done with the practical theory portion of the course, and in early September will start clinic and makeup application. I am on target to finish in January.
Is there any one that is still in school? If so how are you doing? I am still a student. An advanced student now and getting ready this week to learn microdermabrasion and also going to start learning Microcurrent and Light Therapy!! I am getting closer to Graduation!!!
@ Lesly-don't know what you usually do, but if you have steamed towels avail. you could wrap one in a baggie, cover with a dry towel and place under neck-wrap feet/hands in a steamed towel and bag up-depending on thickness- don't leave too long on feet/hands as they will get cold being unrolled. I always fix my steamed towels with a few drops of essential oil-lavender/lemongrass/peppermint are usually good choices.
Hi Denise, We have some apprenticeships opening up in Buffalo, NY, not sure if you're in NY City or in the NY region. Just message me if you are in that Buffalo/Amherst region and I can let you know about the apprentice programs they have going on there.
I have an interview w/practical for my first job as a licensed esthetician. I would like to bring something new to the table to set myself apart. Does anyone have any ideas for a signature facial or something to help stand out? Thanks.......
