Hello i live in az do you have any classes nearby??
oh! Cool
Thanks Crickett
Hi Ginger, Do you mean shapes to make designs in the hair down there? I rec plastic cookie cutters. There are so easy to use with washable crayola markers. You just trace the shape you want around the hair then wax it. The maker stays in place until you wash it off.
Super simple
Hello
Does anyone know where can I find shape templates for Brazilians?
Thanks!
Hi Kimberly, You are correct, the main concept is the same for waxing a man as for waxing a women. Most men, are more timid than women about asking for and getting Brazilians. Because of the pain for sure, but mostly because it is seen as a predominantly female service, so they are afraid to ask for it. I would guess that if you started offering them, word would travel and you may end up with a few more client's than you expected. Once you have your general waxing technique, which you seem to have, it's all about confidence. You only gain confidence from doing. It's about keeping the skin tight and knowing how to work with the extra bits & pieces. If you can wax a women, you can wax a man.
Hi there. I am a Master Esthetician in Huntsville, AL. I had a gentleman contact me yesterday asking for a Brazilian wax. He seemed very sincere about his interest in the service and has been waxed many times down in Florida. He has just moved to the Cullman area and is having a hard time finding someone. I do alot of Brazilians for women, but personally do not do them on men. The main reason is because it is not highly requested in the area in which I live, in fact, in 7 years he's maybe the 2nd man I have had ask me to do one. I contacted 2 ladies in the Birmingham, AL area to see if they are interested, but if anyone knows of anyone else in that area, let me know and I told him I would let him know. I did offer to perform the service on him but I was upfront with him and told him I had not waxed men in the salon before, only women. I have waxed my boyfriend, and of course, he acted like a wus, and he kept telling me don't move "them" like that, and I finally decided that I don't have balls so I don't know how it feels and I have never really done this service for men, but I am very confident with it for women. I would think the main concept would be to hold the skin!!
