Depending on what they want to offer you compensation wise- if you can bring in clients ( have clientle) or have experience in retaining then of course they should take all into consideration for pay. May have to prove yourself first-asking for an hourly or salary plus commission could work to your benefit.

Give them your experience and depending on other job duties what you think your pay should be -if they offer you less then go from there

Hi Melanie! I really like the Med. Pumice Wash and Exfo Tonic for cystic acne. The Salicylic Wash works well for blackheads and i use the Cleansing Milk for sensitive skin types. I like Ceramide Cream for dry skin and love the Herbal Balm! My favorite peels are Beta and Vitamin A. I'm currently starting to add skin scripts for seasonal facials.
