I was wanting to start up a part time business doing services in the evenings and on weekends. I am unable to quit my full time job as a LPN at this time. I have a place to go, but I need some help on trying to figure out how to start the business. Do I start up as a LLC or a INC? Also a question about booth rent or independent contractor.
