It is true that some people do really well with birth control while others don't at all - it's truly a crap shoot. But, with using the right products in the right way you can get over 90% of your clients clear (if they do what you tell them to do, haha). With hormonal acne, I treat them as I would any other client - test their skin to give them the right strength of product (usually mandelic) and give them a schedule to break them into a very mild bpo. I give them tons of lifestyle changes and also usually get them on zinc monomethione and omega 3 fish oils. All of this is in the training DVD and more.

I have quite a few women in their 30's and up with Hormonal Acne Would love to be able to help them some have said birth control has made it worse while others have said it helps calm it down. So many different reasons as to why there are breaking out What do we tell them . Thanks any help would be great
