I am treating 2 clients for hyperpigmentation through Microdermabrasion.  It has improved, but not totally gone.  Does anyone have suggestions for a mask that would help?   Thanks

A good series of Microderms & Mod Jessners or I've found TCA 7%/2% to help! Plus you must get your client on a home reg for melanin suppressing / brightening serum for the ultimate results. I've found Hydropeptide Even Out & DermaQuest new Skin Brite to help a great deal!

I get my clients on a Future Serum by Nu Skin- Only Available thru a Rep like myself. It addresses the 8 signs of  aging with results in 7 days! Hyperpigmentaion, Hydration, Pore Size, Radiance, Lines/ Wrinkles, Texture, Tone, Firmness.

Let me know if you want more info. It works! www.lynnkleinskincare.com

It is not possible to remove hyper-pigmentation by microdermabrasion, however it is possible to improve it immensely by jessner peels or other light blends of acid....

Have you tried alternating micro with lactic acid peels? I don't prefer to do them in the same session, although you could, but I have seen great results by offering packages of 9 treatments that include and alternate between: 3 facials that focus on building the structure of the skin while using pigment fading ingredients, 3 microdermabrasions, and 3 lactic acid peels. I offer this also for anti-aging and change out the type of facial and substitute glycolic. I've seen great results with this.
